Attendance, Conduct & Event Changes
By attending Sun City Card Show, you agree to follow all event rules, policies, and staff instructions. Sun City Card Show reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel event details, schedules, layouts, or features when necessary. Refunds for eligible purchases made directly through Sun City Card Show will be handled according to our posted Refund Policy.
Admission is subject to venue capacity. Sun City Card Show reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates event policies, without refund. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
Liability, Vendor Transactions & Media Use
Attendance at Sun City Card Show is at your own risk. Sun City Card Show is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, personal injury, or any incidents that may occur during the event.
Sun City Card Show is not responsible for purchases, transactions, or disputes between guests and vendors. All buying, selling, and trading activities take place directly between guests and vendors.
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival. A parent or legal guardian must make this request for a minor. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, guests may still appear incidentally in wide crowd or background images. These materials may be used across digital, social, and print platforms without compensation.
