Admission & Entry

Sun City Card Show does not sell tickets in advance. All admission is purchased at the door on the day(s) of the event. As a result, all admission sales are final once entry is purchased. This applies to both General Admission and VIP entry.

Event details such as dates, times, locations, or special features are subject to change. In the event of a show cancellation, information regarding next steps will be communicated through our official channels.

Vendor Purchases

Sun City Card Show is not responsible for purchases made with individual vendors. All buying, selling, and trading transactions take place directly between guests and vendors, and any questions, refunds, exchanges, or disputes must be handled with the vendor involved.

Guests are encouraged to inspect items carefully and ask questions before completing a purchase. Sun City Card Show does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or value of items sold by vendors.

Vendor Table Purchases

Vendor table purchases secure participation in a specific Sun City Card Show event and are subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more prior to the scheduled event may qualify for a partial refund. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the event are not eligible for a refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
