Secure one of the most limited and high-traffic vendor spaces at Sun City Card Show with a Premium Lobby Vendor Table. These tables are positioned in the lobby area, offering strong visibility as guests enter and move throughout the event.
Due to the limited number of lobby tables available, all Premium Lobby Vendor Tables are offered at a flat rate of $185 per table, regardless of how many tables are claimed.
Each Premium Lobby Vendor Table includes:
One 6ft x 2.5ft table
Two chairs
Two vendor badges
Access for the full event
Additional vendor badges are available for purchase at $5 each.
Tablecloths are not included.
Premium Lobby tables are limited and intended for vendors offering sports cards, Pokémon, TCGs, memorabilia, and licensed collectibles that meet Sun City Card Show standards.
By purchasing a Premium Lobby Vendor Table, you acknowledge that you meet all vendor requirements and agree to all event policies, vendor rules, and vendor table cancellation and refund terms. Full setup details, check-in times, and complete vendor guidelines will be provided after purchase.
Important Participation Notice
This fee secures vendor participation in Sun City Card Show and grants the right to sell at the event. Vendor tables are provided as part of event participation and are not a rental of real property, booth space, or equipment. Use of a standard display table during the event is included as part of participation and is assigned by event management.

Vendor Participation Fee – 1 Premium Lobby Table
Vendor table placements are assigned on a first come, first served basis according to the order in which purchases are completed.
Table selection is not made at checkout. After your purchase is confirmed, Sun City Card Show will contact you directly, in the order payments are received, to coordinate and confirm your table placement.
A floor plan image is provided for reference. We strongly encourage vendors to review the layout in advance and have three preferred table options ready when contacted. This helps us finalize placements efficiently and prevents delays that may affect other vendors in line.
Sun City Card Show manages all final assignments to ensure proper spacing, event flow, and a professional show floor experience for everyone involved.
